Introducing LoadCalc – a new engineering tool developed by Tenax Panel.
Until recently, preparing load calculations for a single project often meant using at least three different sources of information. Existing tools didn’t always offer the flexibility we needed, especially when it came to adapting calculation methods to our requirements.
💡 We saw an opportunity to make this process simpler. That’s how the idea for LoadCalc came about.
Over the past several months, our team has worked on developing and testing the tool, reviewing calculation methods and comparing results with established industry solutions to ensure their reliability. The result is a tool that brings sandwich panel load calculations together in one place.
✔️ LoadCalc allows engineers and construction professionals to assess wind, snow and temperature effects, check panel load-bearing capacity, determine suitable spans and evaluate fastening requirements.
✔️ For our customers, this means easier access to technical calculations and more confidence when choosing solutions during the design stage.
✔️ For our team, it means a more efficient way of working and more time to focus on supporting our customers.
We’re also looking ahead. Future developments will include additional products, new calculation capabilities and closer integration with our design and ordering processes.
